Gery Messer is NGA's President for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa . Messer spearheads NGA's growth in the region and has responsibility for all aspects of the company’s APMEA operations including sales, marketing, R&D and customer service. Messer has a wealth of high-tech and consulting expertise and business leadership skills and he has spent the last 25 years working in a number of key leadership roles building and directing businesses for global companies across Europe and Asia Pacific including Red Hat, EMC, Deloitte, SAP and IBM.
Prior to joining NGA, Messer was in charge of Red Hat’s operations in Asia Pacific and growing Red Hat’s presence in the region. Before that, Gery was a Vice President for EMC Asia Pacific. Between 1996 and 2002, Gery served as the President and Regional Managing Director of Deloitte Consulting Korea and before that as Managing Partner of South East Asia and the Technology Practice (ERP) in the region. Gery moved to Asia in 1993, when he was at SAP launching and building SAP's client/server software business within the Asia Pacific region. He also successfully founded and launched the SAP operation in Korea. He began his IT career in Switzerland working at IBM in sales and marketing.
Gery holds an MBA (lic. rer. pol) from the University of Berne in Switzerland where he majored in Science of Industrial Management. Gery is based at NGA's APMEA headquarters in Singapore, and has been working in the region for 18 years.

Tracy joined NorthgateArinso in 2006 as VP Africa Region. Her first role was to create a new subsidiary for NorthgateArinso in South Africa. In October 2006 NorthgateArinso South Africa was established and Tracy took on the role as Managing Director. NorthgateArinso South Africa it now a fast growing organization with an extremely ambitious future.
Tracy has a Master degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. She started her career in South Africa as a mathematical modeler and soon moved into the SAP world. She has over 12 years experience covering all areas of SAP. After her initial 2 years at Mondi-Paper as a PP consultant, she moved to Kuala Lumpur as the Asia-Pacific Integration Manager. Her focus here was to streamline all supply chain process in the region utilizing the SAP modules – PP, MM, SD and CO-PA. Her next role was as the Software Development Manager for Microgaming's sister company Derivco in South Africa. This role challenged and grew Tracy’s management skills and developed her into the passionate leader she is to-day.
As an avert traveler the lure back to Europe was strong and Tracy accepted to join Philips in the Netherlands. She worked for Philips on various roles for over 6 years. Roles performed where – SD/PP/MM Team Leader, Project Manager Supply Chain, CRM Program Manager and her final position was HRIS Director. Tracy was responsible to materialize Philips dream of one seamless integrated HR environment (utilizing SAP) globally. It was during this role that her relationship with NorthgateArinso was established.

Saleena has a proven track record in services delivery, extensive knowledge of local Malaysian customers and leadership experience in multinational organizations.
Prior to NorthgateArinso, she managed and maintained all local customer retention in SAS Malaysia and transformed the local business into the strongest amongst SAS Global community.
Saleena has also served in senior leadership roles at Malaysia Airlines, Siemens Business Services and Computer Associates.
As the Country Manager, she is responsible to lead NorthgateArinso Malaysia to penetrate the local market and grow the Malaysian Business Operation.

Ya'acob has been with NorthgateArinso Malaysia since 2001. He has over 22 years of professional experience in the Information Technology industry. Nine of those years involved managing project teams that comprised local and foreign consultants working on SAP implementations of small to large-scale projects for financial services, manufacturing and oil & gas industries.
Ya'acob held management roles in a global consulting firm and a large national Oil and Gas company and was involved in various areas of IT, i.e. systems development, operations, planning and business development.
He acted as project director, project manager, project leader, database administrator, systems analyst and programmer for IT projects covering all phases in systems development life cycle. He obtained his Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computer Science and Statistics, from Western Michigan University, USA.
Upon completion of this degree, he joined Malaysia's National Oil & Gas Company, PETRONAS, as Systems Development Analyst, then as Database Administrator, Information Technology Planner and on to Applications Development Manager. After 13 years with the national oil company, he left to build a local ERP system integrator company with a partner and later he joined Deloitte Consulting.
Appointed as the Managing Director of the Global Delivery Center (GDC), he is also responsible for the entire Offshore delivery services that is provided out of the GDC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
